This scarf is a prototype, from when I was still trying to figure out exactly how I wanted the ruffle part to look. Instead of having the ruffle just on the top and bottom, this scarf has a ruffle running all the way around the perimeter of the scarf. Additionally, \u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003e\u003cspan data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003ethe yarn is secondhand, and came in multiple pieces that I joined to make this scarf.
